About the service

The Norfolk Floating Support Service provides support to adults (aged over 18) with mental health needs – including individuals with severe mental health problems and complex needs – to access and maintain accommodation. The service is available across the whole of Norfolk.

How can we help?

The service works with individuals to identify and make changes in a variety of areas of their lives in order to improve their wellbeing. It aims to support people to live as independently as possible in their local community. We can support people to:

The service is available 5 days a week and we can come and see people at their home or in their local community.
