This exciting partnership project works with young T2A (Transition to Adulthood) individuals (17 -24) across Rotherham who come into contact with the Police and emergency services. The service:
Applicants must have an appropriate Mental Health qualification. The role will include overseeing project delivery and delivering psychologically informed assessments and care plans.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
