Salary:

Hours:

37.5 per week

Location:

The Role

Together is an amazing place to work. And it’s not just because we’re one of the UK’s oldest and most respected mental health charities. It’s because we put the people who use our services at the heart of everything we do – supporting and enabling them to take control of their lives and make a positive contribution to the community.

Ravenhill Way is a Together residential home. We offer support to people who experience mental distress with emotional and practical support from dedicated and caring staff.

We are currently looking for an inspiring individual with experience of working alongside people with mental health issues on their journey towards greater wellbeing and independence.

As such, you will be involved in assessing the needs of service users and also be responsible for co-ordinating the support provided by the team. Because of the nature of our work, you will be expected to work early/late shifts, weekends and sleep-in duties for which a sleep-in allowance is paid in addition to salary.

Amiable and enthusiastic, you are committed to providing a highly professional service and enjoy relating to individuals. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but we’re more than willing to train the right person.

In return we offer a friendly and dynamic working environment, competitive pay and a great range of benefits. Please download our benefits booklet here for more information.

We have a firm commitment to encouraging fairness and diversity in our work force and we welcome applications from disabled people and those from BME backgrounds.
